Racism, also known as racialism, is the belief that humans can be divided into distinct and exclusive biological entities called "races;" that there is a causal link between inherited physical traits and traits of personality, intellect, morality, and other cultural and behavioral features; and that some races are inherently superior to others. According to the data, which takes into account incidents that took place between March 19 of the previous year and February 28 of this year, there were approximately 503 incidents in 2021 alone. The most common forms of discrimination were verbal harassment (68.1% of the reports) and shunning (20.5% of the reports). Verbal harassment was the most common form of discrimination. 11.1 percent of the total incidents fell into the category of physical assault, making it the third most common category overall.

Here are Some Immediate Steps that you can Take

1. Make a conscious decision every day to stand up for racial equality. They suggested that one way to do this would be to examine the people whose emails you tend to respond to the quickest.

2. Everyone, regardless of their nationality or race, has the right to live a happy life without being subjected to harassment or other forms of discrimination.

3. Keep a diary of what has been happening and save any texts or messages to show others how it is affecting you and what support you need to get through it.

4. Tell someone what's going on. Discuss the situation with your parents, friends, teachers, or other adults who work with young people so that you can receive their assistance and support.

5. Honor the traditions of other peoples an international health crisis does not really have any positive aspects, but it does serve as a potent reminder that we are all in this together.
